Roskopf pocket watch, (Wille freres) patent , ca 1906, remontoir movement, with chain.

After the death of his wife Francoise in 1872, Georges Fréderic Roskopf sold the house and business in La Chaux de Fonds to Charles Léon Schmid and the brothers Charles and Eugène Wille. The new company was named WILLE FRERES.
